Main Responsibilities:
- Expand and increase the customer base, focusing on medium to large businesses in Thailand and other Southeast Asian (SEA) countries within the assigned industry sectors.
- Plan and implement strategies to cover the targeted customer segments in each industry, ensuring the required number of company contacts per month as specified by the company.
- Develop and implement weekly sales strategies closely with the Sales Manager and Business Development Manager.
- Participate in marketing activities to support the company’s brand image and act as a Brand Ambassador, communicating the company’s values and demonstrating products in collaboration with the Marketing Communications team.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support their needs with the company’s products and services to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn about the company’s products, services, and relevant industry trends to stay informed and provide the best solutions to clients.
- Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals, with a 360-degree approach.
- Achieve or surpass the company’s defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of client engagement, as seen in weekly client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Customer retention, post-sales feedback, and ongoing client relationships.
- Timely and accurate CRM system updates ensure all data is current and reflects the sales pipeline.
- Attend industry-related events, webinars, training programs, and workshops to stay updated on the latest market trends and innovations, enhance your sales techniques, and gain product knowledge.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Primarily contact potential clients through phone calls to reach new customers from the lead list provided by the company, ensuring daily and weekly targets are met.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients from a 360-degree perspective to offer the most suitable solutions.
- Present packages and explain usage rights details to customers, and work towards closing sales
- Conducted product demonstrations and provided onboarding support to customers when they were ready to start using their package, both online and offline.
- Expand client relationships by identifying additional departments or areas that could generate revenue.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, including call details, meeting summaries, appointment scheduling, and online/offline presentations. Keep Salesforce and other systems’ sales opportunities, quotations, and other pertinent data updated as necessary for the business.
- Be ready to perform tasks that your supervisors may assign.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Experience in sales, B2B sales, client coordination, and customer service in both Thai and English.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience will be given special consideration.
- Customer service skills via phone and email.
- Ability to manage sales targets and continuously meet KPIs.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, along with the ability to solve immediate problems.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Effective communication skills with internal departments to support current and future business needs.
- Ability to schedule and conduct client meetings to present and recommend company products through online channels and other means.
- Excellent time management, work planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and coordination with others.
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written forms, with proficiency in English and Thai.

- Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills and presentation skills, both online and offline
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus
- Knowledge of the creative industry and content licensing
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
